Het ISO organiseert ieder jaar de Docent van het Jaar Verkiezing.

De verkiezing

Docenten spelen een grote rol in het onderwijs, zeker tijdens de coronacrisis. De werkomgeving is aan grote veranderingen onderhevig en daarom is juist nu de rol van de docent van groot belang. Een docent die hier op een goede manier mee omgaat is een voorbeeld voor andere docenten in het hoger onderwijs. Het ISO wil met deze verkiezing daarom inspirerende docenten en docentschap in een positief daglicht zetten. Het ISO gelooft dat het juist in deze tijd extra belangrijk is om te laten zien dat het hoger onderwijs uitstekende docenten rijk is die bijdragen aan de ontwikkelingen van het onderwijs en een inspiratie zijn voor studenten.

Jury 2021

In de jury nemen dit jaar plaats:

  • Johanna Höffken, Docent van het Jaar 2020.
  • Mariska Kleemans, bestuurslid van het ComeniusNetwerk.
  • Ronald Spruit, aanvoerder van de zone Docentprofessionalisering van het SURF Versnellingsplan.
  • Enrico Bosters, medezeggenschapslid bij Fontys Hogeschool.
  • Aukje de Ruijter, bestuurslid van het ISO.

Docent van het Jaar 2021

Na succesvolle voorgaande edities, zal ook dit jaar de Docent van het Jaar Verkiezing plaatsvinden. Deze zal plaatsvinden op 21 april 2021 in de Jaarbeurs te Utrecht en zal met een livestream te volgen zijn. Tijdens de verkiezing zullen de finalisten een presentatie geven om te laten zien waarom zij de prijs verdienen. De jury zal vervolgens een winnaar aanwijzen.

Every year the ISO organizes the Lecturer of the Year Election.

The election

Teachers play a major role in education, especially during the corona crisis. The work environment is subject to major changes, which is why the role of the teacher is of great importance now. A teacher who handles this properly is an example for other teachers in higher education. With this election, the ISO therefore wants to put inspiring teachers and teaching skills in a positive light. The ISO believes that it is especially important in these times to show that higher education has excellent teachers who contribute to the development of education and are an inspiration for students.

  • Ronald Spruit, leader of the Teacher Professionalization zone of the SURF Acceleration Plan.

Lecturer of the Year 2021

After successful previous editions, the Lecturer of the Year Election will also take place this year. This will take place on April 21, 2021 in the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht.
